本学会の入会を希望される方は、以下の入会申込に必要事項を記入ください。
入会は、理事会の承認により認められます。

Membership Application
If you wish to become a member of our society, please click the membership application form below and enter the required information according to the instructions on our website.
Membership will be granted upon approval by the Board of Directors.
If you would like to obtain the application form, please download it from the link below.
Individuals wishing to join SLNR, please fill in all required fields on the membership application form, click the [Confirm] button to review the details, and then click the [Apply] button.

年会費
年会費 １０，０００円
＊聖路加看護学会の年度は、４月１日～３月３１日です。
＊2019年度より入会金を廃止し、年会費を上記のとおりに変更しました。
理事会での入会の承認後、入会金の振込みについて事務局からお知らせいたします。お知らせの後、年会費を以下の郵便振替口座に納入してください。払込の確認後、会員番号の通知と会員登録を完了いたします。次年度以降は、毎年事務局から年会費納入のご案内をいたします。

Annual Membership Fee
Annual membership fee :10,000yen
The fiscal year of the St. Luke’s Society for Nursing Research is from April 1 to March 31.
Since the 2019 fiscal year, the admission fee has been abolished and the annual membership fee has been revised as stated above.
After your membership has been approved by the Board of Directors, we will send you instructions regarding payment of the annual membership fee. After receiving this notice, please remit the fee to the postal tranfer acoount listed below. Once your payment has been confirmed, your membership number will be issued and your registration will be completed. From the following fiscal year onward, the Secretariat will send you an annual notice regarding payment of the membership fee.
