退会手続き
退会される場合は、各年度末までに書面にて事務局まで申し出てください。
（当該年度の年会費が未納の場合は、完納が必要です。）
書類の送付は、メール、郵送、FAXのいずれかの方法でお願い致します。
Membership Cancellation
Members who wish to cancel their membership must submit a written notice to the Secretariat by the end of the fiscal year.
If the annual membership fee for the current fiscal year has not been paid in full, members will be required to settle any outstanding fees before the withdrawal can be processed.
Please submit your notice by e-mail, postal mail, or fax.
